About Sarah
As head of Human Resources at Alexion, Sarah is responsible for managing the people strategy and processes to build an outstanding team of purpose-driven rare disease professionals, and to make Alexion a great place to work. Sarah joined Alexion in 2014 and was most recently Head of Legal for Alexion International & Japan, based in Zurich. Prior to joining Alexion, Sarah worked at Shire Pharmaceuticals and before that, in law firms in New Zealand and London.
Sarah earned her B.A. (Hons) (Politics) and LL.B. (Hons) (Law) from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
